Basic high priority area for private labels is treats (Mnyams and Bonya brands). Valta launched line of treats in 2006 and by far has achieved considerable success. Made from natural ingredients without artificial colours or preservatives Mnyams and Bonya quickly hit pets’ taste and were sold in great quantity for a novelty in the pet treats sector of the Russian market. Therefore, it was decided to expand product range in that segment and Valta is successfully working on this task. In September, 2013 the Company introduced new products under Mnyams trademark and is planning to add several new products in December of this year.
